Isaac Weiskopf was born and raised in the Bay Area and has worked at homelessness support organizations in San Francisco for nearly five years. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's in Social Welfare and plans on returning to school for an MSW and LCSW in the near future. His primary focus is on working with queer and trans folks living in shelters and supportive housing, providing trauma-informed and culturally competent care and resource navigation. Isaac has been working at TBNC for about a year and a half, previously as a Safety Liaison and currently as a Case Manager. He enjoys relaxing at home with his partner and two cats and swimming with friends on the weekends.
