We’re proud to once again celebrate our 2025 Pride Marshals: our beloved Tita Aida (Nicky Calma), this year’s Lifetime Achievement Grand Marshal, and Jahnell Butler, our Public Vote Grand Marshal. Their powerful leadership and everyday work continue to uplift and transform our communities.

This month has brought a wave of critical developments affecting the health and rights of our communities. From the Supreme Court's devastating ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti, which upholds bans on gender-affirming care for youth, to the assault on Medicaid under the federal HR1 bill, we are witnessing a coordinated attack on the most vulnerable among us. Amid these setbacks, we’re proud to report that we have secured an preliminary injunction in our lawsuit that challenges the Trump administration's executive orders that threatened to strip federal funding from entities that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and gender-affirming care.

Our mission extends beyond the provision of health services; we actively cultivate a sense of belonging for our community. There is something going on at the health center every single day, whether it is at our Community Living Room, TransThrive Drop-in Center, or The Lotus Project.

San Francisco Community Health Center celebrates and attends to the health and wellness of the communities that define San Francisco—immigrant and communities of color, queer, trans, unhoused people, and all of us who are most impacted by oppression—through comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health services. We believe that health care starts with healing justice and meeting the basic needs of our communities. Our culturally informed services are designed by the very people we serve.
